My Story
I’ve been a Chicago real estate broker since 2005, aligned with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate since 2007. Having worked through various, fluctuating markets ranging from bust to boom, I have demonstrated success in the most challenging of market conditions. I have handled over $100,000,000 transactions in my career, ranging from $85,000 to $5,000,000.
As a Chicagoland native growing up in Northbrook I would read all of the real estate listings in the newspaper each week, cultivating my market knowledge at an early age! A city resident since 2007, I am quite familiar with Chicago neighborhoods and I cover both the city and many suburbs for buyers and sellers. If my clients need assistance in an area that is outside my area of expertise, whether in or out of state, I can connect them via my vast broker referral network.
What I love most about being a real estate broker is facilitating transitions for people. My favorite part of the job is making something that a client thought was out of reach a reality. My mindset is rooted in positivity and abundance, which helps me create ideal results in any situation, regardless of any perceived obstacles. As a seasoned broker, I channel market savvy while educating my clients from the very beginning as to how best to proceed. While systematic in my approaches, I cater to the individual needs of the client, creating a custom strategy for their unique life situation.
In today’s current market, I am selling my listings for 3% higher than the market average. Working my network of broker relations helps me create off-market sales for both sellers and buyers. Market pricing expertise helps me attract multiple offers for my listings and WIN multiple offer situations for buyers.
